Ruhiye Yalgın was born in Bartin in 1964. In 1985 Ruhiye graduated from Gazi University Vocational Education Faculty. After graduation Ruhiye worked on a ceramics atelier design. She started to work as a painting teacher in 1989. Ruhiye Yalgın have worked on various techniques (charcoal, pastel, gouache, oil painting, watercolor paintings, different surfaces and objects, She have worked works.
