Olga Novitskaya was born in Minsk in 1973. Graduated from the Institute of Industrial Design, Belarus Academy of Art in 1995.
She worked as an interior designer for many years until she was fascinated by watercolours. It changed her life. She is now the Vice President of the Belarus Branch of the International Watercolor Association.
