Majid Arvari Gallery

Majid Arvari was born in 1969 in Tehran. He has been fascinated by the art of painting since he was a child. In 1989, he visited the painting exhibition of Master Morteza katouzian. In 1990, he started to learn painting under the mastery of the great artist. Morteza Katouzian – the greatest realist painter of Iran which was held in Tehran Museum of contemporary art.

In 2001, he and Iman Maleki (realist painter), established their own painting studio and began teaching considering classical and traditional values. At 2004, he was honored as one of the top 100 finalists in the Second International ARC salon competition.

This exhibition had a great impact on him and made him to find new prospects in painting. In 1990, he started to learn painting under the mastery of this great artist. In 2001, He and Iman Maleki (realist painter), established their own painting studio and began teaching considering classical and traditional values. He got married in 2005.

He participated in Several Exhibition including the Tehran Third Biennale Painting Exhibition in 1995, Exhibition of Iranian Realists Painters in 1999 at Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art and group exhibitions of Kara studio painters in 1992 and 1998 at Sabz gallery and 2003 at Museum of Fine Arts in Saad Abad Palace.

At 2004, he was honored as one of the top 100 finalists in the Second International ARC salon competition.
